Teamcoaching

Team coaching to address individual and shared concerns, up to and including mediation.
2-4h, remote or on-site, every 3-4 weeks, spread over a period of 3-6 months, depending on your needs.

Supervision

Processing of individual concerns with the intelligence of the group. Change of perspectives.
Moderated process, 1-3h, remote or on-site, if required there is the possibility to make a regular format out of it.
